Experience the perfect blend of savory and sweet with this mouthwatering Beef Roll with Chimichurri Sauce. This recipe brings a new twist to traditional grilled dishes, making it an ideal choice for anyone who loves bold flavors and creative grilling recipes.
Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

Favorite steak seasoning

1/2 cup olive oil
-
1/2 cup brown sugar
-
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
-
1/2 cup dried parsley
-
1 tbsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp red chili flakes
-
3/4 tsp oregano
-
1 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp pepper
Chimichurri sauce
Instructions
Pre-heat grill/smoker to 450 degrees
Flatten out ground beef in a rectangular shape
Pat dry and season with steak seasoning
Slice cream cheese block in long pieces and put strips in center of ground beef
Roll the ground beef
Squish it together and make sure it is tight and there is no exposed areas
Season all outside of beef roll with steak seasoning
Put beef roll on grill for 5 min
Rotate roll on grill until all sides are cooked (5 min at a time)
Once fully cooked (about 15-20 minutes) take off grill and bring inside to cool
Once cooled (about 3-5 minutes), slice into pinwheels
Serve and top or dip in chimichurri sauce.
Recipe Note
While beef roll is cooking, combine all ingredients to make the chimichurri sauce.
