1 pound Tribe Ranch gourmet ground beef

1 package taco seasoning (or homemade - check out our homemade taco seasoning recipe)

8 ounces tomato sauce

1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

24 wonton wrappers
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until it's no longer pink.
Add the taco seasoning to the skillet and stir until it's evenly distributed. Then, pour in the tomato sauce and mix everything together until well combined.
Spray a 24-count mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Carefully place one wonton wrapper into each well of the muffin tin, pressing gently to form a cup shape.
Spoon a small amount of the ground beef mixture into each wonton cup, filling them about three-quarters of the way full.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of each taco cup.
Bake the mini taco cups in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the wonton wrappers are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the taco cups from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Top each mini taco cup with your favorite toppings, such as guacamole, cilantro, salsa, or additional cheese.
