Great product and company

I have ordered twice from Tribe Ranch. They have great products and great service. I love the local delivery right to my door. The beef is delivered frozen in easy to thaw packages. The taste is great and I don't wonder what additives are put in like I do with supermarket products.

It was OK, but I ordered it again no just don’t have any taste. Seems like you added something in the meat. I don’t know what, but it just made it not taste very good.

Hello, we have tried to reach out three or four times to contact you, but haven’t been able to connect.
As you read the other reviews, this typically isn’t the response we hear, so we believe something must’ve went wrong. People who purchase an our ground beef thinks it’s one of the best tasting. We do not add anything to our beef, it is just 1 single cow in a pound of ground beef. It isn't like butcher shops or supermarkets where they put up to 12 animals in a package of hamburger.

However, this doesn't excuse your experience. Did you try any of the other packages of ground beef that you received? Maybe it was just a fluke?
