If your ribeyes are anything like your ground beef, which I suspect all of your beef is, then I already love it. Right now. I’m eating a 1/2 pound cheeseburger made with your ground beef, and it’s the best I’ve had. I’m so happy I ran into you fine folks at the market in Hot Springs. Thank you!
