A few weeks ago I was privileged in learning the history, the processing and the health benefits of these Cattle... So, I decided to order a few of these Denver Steaks. Gave a light coat of salt, seared each side for about 2-3 minutes, let rest for a few hours in the fridge and then baked them at 275 until ready... Oh man! these were to die for... Just ordered more (and a hanger steak).... Thank you all!!
